Dave joined Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company in February 1997. From 1995 to 1997, he worked in the Corporate Finance Department at Smith Barney in New York, specializing in public offerings and mergers and acquisitions for healthcare companies. Earlier, from 1994 to 1995, he was an analyst at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation and focused on privatization opportunities in Eastern Europe.

Dave serves or has served on the board of directors of a number of public and private healthcare service, medical device and healthcare information technology companies.

Dave received a B.S. degree in history from the University of Illinois and an M.P.P. in international finance from Georgetown University.
